We are looking for a Project Manager for Community Management

At Center Rog, we place special emphasis on building community. The inclusion of various communities and social cohesion is one of the strategic pillars of Center Rog, developed based on the recommendations of working groups focused on participatory budgeting, the inclusion of immigrant communities, and gender equality and diversity.

We are looking for a new team member who is experienced in project management and will be responsible for developing and managing the diverse community of Center Rog, with a focus on integrating immigrants, asylum seekers, and other systematically excluded groups, connecting Center Rog with local neighbors, creating a safe space for women and the LGBTQA+ community, and managing participatory budgeting, which includes members of Center Rog in voting and other forms of co-decision-making.

If you enjoy working with people, are dynamic and proactive, have experience in project management, knowledge in community development and intercultural dialogue, and share our values of inclusion, collaboration, creativity, social benefit, and accessibility, you are definitely the right person for our team.
