Pulled dough is the basis for various delicious dishes, such as savory and sweet rolls, štruklji, and more. In the cooking workshop, we will revive the knowledge of our grandmothers and, instead of buying such dough in the store, learn how to prepare it ourselves. We will discover how to choose the right flour and present some ideas on how to use this new knowledge in a few simple dishes.

The workshop is intended for adults who want to prepare healthy and homemade food. It will be led by food technologist Iva Verbnik, who has been researching and educating herself in the field of nutrition and its impact on human health for 35 years. She believes that we can do a lot for ourselves, but it requires having specific knowledge. She is convinced that everything we need grows in our local environment - instead of foods from distant lands, we just need to revive the knowledge of our ancestors, who knew how to use local foods and medicinal herbs.

Participants should gather in the entrance hall of the Rog Center 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

Registration fees are non-refundable, and it's not possible to change the workshop date. However, participation can be transferred to another person; please inform us at least 24 hours before the workshop begins via email at kuhanje@center-rog.si.
