In this edition of the culinary workshops series "From Book to Table," where we host authors of popular cookbooks, we will, under the guidance of culinary master Primož Dolničar, prepare a traditional Slovenian Easter lunch. We will familiarize ourselves with the ingredients, cook the lunch, and, of course, enjoy it together.

We will tackle the preparation of several dishes that are often found on our tables for Easter, but they can also be enjoyed on other occasions. We will prepare potica (traditional Slovenian nut roll), horseradish sauce, pork neck in honey-mustard sauce, and tarragon dumplings.

Primož Dolničar is the first Slovenian chef with his own show on the TV channel 24Kitchen. He will reveal a few tricks for preparing dishes and spice up the cooking with anecdotes from his culinary adventures.

Participants should gather 5 minutes before the agreed-upon time in the entrance hall of Center Rog.

The workshop will be conducted with a minimum of 6 registrations. In case of non-execution, you will be notified at least two days before the start of the program.

Registration fees for workshops are non-refundable. However, participation can be transferred to another person by informing us at least 24 hours before the start via email at kuhanje@center-rog.si.
