Pottery workshop for kids - pinching

The Biskvit Studio team will conduct a workshop in the ceramics lab aimed at children and teenagers aged between 8 and 12 years old. In this workshop, participants will first learn about clay as a creative material and then be taught the basic technique of shaping it, known as pinch or pinching. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, young participants will engage in making various objects of their choice. In addition to shaping, they will have the opportunity to decorate and paint their creations with engobes.

The finished products will be carefully dried, fired, and glazed, and participants will be able to collect them after a few weeks when the processes are completed. This workshop offers an excellent opportunity for young people to familiarize themselves with the basics of handling and shaping materials such as clay in a supportive and creative environment while developing their sense of design. No prior knowledge is required to participate in the workshop, making it open to anyone interested in working with clay.

Participants should gather 5 minutes before the agreed-upon time in the entrance hall of the Center Rog. Children will participate in the workshop without the presence of parents.

The workshop will be conducted with a minimum of 6 registrations. In case of non-execution, you will be notified at least two days before the start of the program.
