Laser Cutter Training (in English)

Our laboratory is equipped with two laser cutters, one with an area of 300x500mm and another with an expansive 1600x1000mm workspace. The laser cutter training program focuses on safety protocols, approved materials for machine use, various cutting techniques, and vector creation for laser cutting. Participants will gain insights into where to find or how to create vectors suitable for laser cutting applications.

During the training, we will guide participants through the process of preparing files for laser cutting and operating the machine effectively. By the end of the program, participants will be able to schedule machine time, operate the laser cutter safely, and advance their projects through the utilization of this powerful tool.

The training will be conducted by FabLab manager Tauan Bernardo and will take place in English.
