Kombucha Preparation [2nd Meeting]

Neighbor Day - Create, Participate, and Celebrate with Us

An invigorating kombucha will certainly be a perfect fit for the hot June Saturday, and you can help us prepare it. Join us in the green lab and learn how to brew this delicious and healthy beverage. On June 7th, we will serve it for free, but only to those who bring their own jars!

This will be the first meeting where we will prepare the drink for the first fermentation, which is not enough, so make sure to also sign up for the second meeting on June 5th, at 5 p.m., where we will ferment it for the second time.

On Saturday 7 June, the Neighbour Day will take place all day in the Park of the Deleted. It is an event that brings together residents of the neighbourhood, as well as organisations, associations, institutions and institutions working in the neighbourhood, and all those who are not immediate neighbours but feel like neighbours. It is intended for relaxed socialising, getting to know each other and enjoying the various activities that we will organise together. On this day, the Rog Centre will open its doors wide and offer a number of free workshops, guided tours of the house and the Labs, sports activities, a community picnic, a swap meet and more, which will run until the evening.
