Flamingo - pendant or earrings

Enrich your jewelry collection before summer with a unique flamingo-shaped pendant or earrings.

In this fun workshop, we will guide you through the entire process of making metal jewelry. You will learn the basics of sawing, filing, and polishing metal, leading you to the perfect final product.

You will start with small pieces of sheet metal, onto which you will glue or draw bird motifs and then cut them out according to the mentor's instructions. The cut-out piece will then be filed, sanded, and prepared for mounting on a pendant or earrings.

To make the jewelry even more colorful, you will have the option to color the prepared metal bases with various dry pencils and finish them in the form of dangling earrings or a pendant for a necklace.

The workshop is suitable for teenagers and is an excellent starting point for those who are just learning to make jewelry. No prior knowledge is required.

About the mentors:

The course will be led by mentors from the jewelry lab.

Participants should gather 15 minutes before the scheduled time in the entrance hall of Center Rog. Please store your personal belongings in the lockers provided, as instructed by the mentor. Do not arrive late, as this disrupts the workflow. In case of delay, we unfortunately cannot guarantee entry into the lab.

The program is conducted in Slovenian, unless stated otherwise.

If the workshop is canceled, you will be notified two days in advance.

If you are unable to attend, fees are non-refundable, and rescheduling is not possible. However, you may transfer your spot to another person – please inform us at least 24 hours before the workshop via email at nakit@center-rog.si.
