Call for Program Partnerships with Center Rog 2025/2026

With the summer call for program partnerships, we aim to offer our infrastructure for co-use by organizations and individuals whose activities align with the values of sustainable development and operate in the key areas of Center Rog – craftsmanship, urban handicrafts and applied arts, product design and fashion, architecture and construction, engineering, and culinary arts, as well as materials technologies.
At Center Rog, we offer co-production opportunities for implementing educational programs, professional meetings, product presentations, etc. Become our partner and thus be part of the creative community striving to leave the world in a better state than it was received.
The call is published on the Center Rog website from February 20, 2025, to April 21, 2025 (the deadline for submitting applications is April 21, 2025, by midnight).
A Zoom meeting for interested organizations will take place on April 2, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Applications for the event can be submitted here.
The first round of selection and discussions with organizations will take place in May 2025. The final selection of program partners for the 2025-2026 season will be announced by the end of June 2025. Activities confirmed through the partnership call will be carried out from September 2025 to September 2026, or as agreed.

Target groups of Center Rog users:
Professionals, enthusiasts from the target areas of Center Rog, and the general public, with a focus on including systematically excluded groups in the Slovenian cultural environment (women, LGBTQAI+, people with physical and sensory disabilities, people with intellectual disabilities, migrants and refugees, homeless people, erased residents, members of the Roma community, elderly, people with low income, and unemployed individuals).
Eligible applicants (please verify for each activity individually, as there are exceptions):
- Private legal entities and individuals with activity: sole proprietors, part-time sole proprietors, LLCs, private institutes, associations, cooperatives, self-employed in culture.
- Public legal entities: faculties, schools, institutes, public institutions, public enterprises, local communities.

The maximum number of points is 14. We will accept applicants who receive at least 8 points, provided that they receive all possible points for criteria 1) Clear connection of the program with the mission and target areas of Center Rog; and 2) Clear expression of interest for the proposed program from the target audiences.
Exclusion criteria for partnership with Center Rog:
- Commercial promotion of products and services,
- Political party meetings,
- Closed-type events,
- Online events,
- Programs and events entirely funded from other sources,
- Proposals that are submitted late or incomplete,
- Proposals from individuals who are also contractual mentors in the production workshops of Center Rog. In this case, educational programs can only include master classes.
Process for selecting partnership proposals for the 2025/2026 season:
- All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the program and technical team of Center Rog (appointed for this purpose as the selection committee), in collaboration with existing program partners if needed
- Proposers of selected proposals will be invited to a meeting where they can present their needs and vision for cooperation, and where the final terms of cooperation will be discussed
- Based on these meetings, we will make the final selection of partners for the 2025/2026 season (from September 2025 to September 2026). Before the implementation of the programs, a cooperation agreement will be signed with the program partners.
The applicant retains all copyrights (the program can be marketed independently of Center Rog). If the applicant's program strategically aligns with the program strategy of Center Rog and the implementation has been successful, Center Rog may offer a long-term strategic partnership, including the regular implementation of the program in the future without the need to reapply to the call.
Program partnerships are carried out as co-productions under the conditions specified in this call (fixed fees for implementation). If you wish to only rent space at Center Rog for your program and market it independently, you will need to pay for the rental of space or labs according to the current price list.
