Become a mentor at the Rog Centre

We are currently especially looking for support in the Metal Lab, the Textile Lab, and the FabLab.
Across more than 1,000 m² of space, the Rog Centre hosts nine fully equipped production laboratories operating under the "do-it-yourself" principle. Each lab offers a combination of traditional and advanced tools—from 3D printers, digital knitting machines, jointers, welding equipment, CNC machines, and laser cutters to pottery wheels, a jeweler’s bench, a professional kitchen, and much more.
It’s a true paradise for innovators and makers, where both hobbyists and professional designers come to create. Every day, a dedicated team of mentors from various fields ensures the labs run smoothly by offering expert support, delivering educational programs, and leading workshops and courses.
Curious what a typical workday looks like for our mentors?
In the afternoons, they support users during open lab sessions, while mornings are reserved for training on how to safely and independently use the equipment, as well as for running courses and workshops.
