For Rent: Store Spaces at Center Rog

The public institution Center Rog is announcing a public call for offers to lease real estate managed by Center Rog. The subject of this public offer is the leasing of parts of real estate – commercial spaces for conducting retail activities at the address Trubarjeva cesta 72, 1000 Ljubljana.

The planned retail spaces are intended for visitors of Center Rog as well as surrounding and random passersby who seek a quality and diverse selection of local products.

The retail spaces will be designated for the sale of products, preferably those related to the key areas of Center Rog (e.g., products by local creatives, local agricultural products, workshop materials such as filament, wood, paper, etc.), and if possible, locally produced goods.

The tender documentation is available throughout the entire duration of the call (from January 31 to March 8, 2023) on the Center Rog website or in physical form at the address Center Rog, Wolfova ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana.

Before submitting an offer, an on-site inspection is mandatory. The scheduled inspection dates are February 20 and 27, 2023, at 11:00 AM.

Offers for this public call will be accepted until March 8, 2023, by 3:00 PM.
