Workshop Series: 'Lunch Your Way': Meatballs and Cheesecake

Introducing the Workshop Series Lunch Your Way, where young chefs will have the opportunity to develop their culinary skills, explore a variety of flavors, and learn to prepare delicious and nutritious meals. Designed to foster creativity and a relaxed atmosphere, these workshops encourage participants to experiment with different ingredients and spices to create dishes according to their preferences.

Through fun and educational activities, participants will gain the knowledge to prepare fine, balanced, and simple lunches that they can easily reproduce in their own kitchens.

The first workshop in the series will focus on preparing two popular dishes: homemade meatballs and scrumptious cheesecake. Young chefs will learn the basics of preparing these dishes while also having the chance to add their own twist by choosing different spices or additions to the recipes.

The Lunch Your Way workshop series will empower young chefs to expand their culinary knowledge, build confidence in the kitchen, and learn how to independently prepare healthy, balanced, and tasty meals while enjoying both the cooking process and the enjoyment of their prepared meals.

The workshop is intended for youth aged 10 to 15 years old and will be led by our experienced culinary mentors, Alma Kochavy and Enisa Mujezinović. Children are encouraged to bring food storage containers so they can take home the delicious creations prepared during the workshop.

Participants should gather in the main lobby of the Center Rog 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Children will participate in the workshop without parental supervision.

The workshop will be held with a minimum of 4 registrations. In case of cancellation, you will be notified at least two days before the scheduled start date.
