Kombucha Preparation [1st Meeting]

1. Neighbor Day - Create, Participate, and Celebrate with Us

Our first Neighbor Day is scheduled for June 1st. An invigorating kombucha will certainly be a perfect fit for the hot June Saturday, and you can help us prepare it. Join us in the green lab and learn how to brew this delicious and healthy beverage. On June 1st, we will serve it for free, but only to those who bring their own jars!

This will be the first meeting where we will prepare the drink for the first fermentation, which is not enough, so make sure to also sign up for the second meeting on May 24th, at 5 p.m., where we will ferment it for the second time.

Participants should meet 15 minutes before the agreed time in the entrance hall of the Center Rog. Please, before the start of the program, put your personal belongings in the locker rooms. Do not be late for the program. In case of delay, entry is not guaranteed - once the creative process begins, it is no longer possible to join in!

On Saturday, June 1st, the first Neighbor Day will take place in the Park of the Erased throughout the day. It's an event that brings together residents of the neighborhood, as well as organizations, associations, institutions operating in the vicinity, and even those who aren't direct neighbors but feel like part of the community. It's aimed at relaxed socializing, getting to know each other, and various activities that we will prepare together. On this day, the Rog Center will open its doors wide, offering numerous free workshops, guided tours of the house and labs, sports activities, a community picnic, a swap meet, all lasting until the evening when we'll conclude with a concert.
